How does Meetch work?

The Meetch API allows you to seamlessly transmit orders that include cancellation insurance subscriptions.

To support your integration process, we provide a dedicated pre-production (sandbox) environment where you can test your implementation before going live.

Once your account has been created on the Meetch platform, you will receive:

  • Your API key
  • Your organization and product identifiers, along with the applicable rate used to calculate the insurance premium
  • The General Terms and Conditions link to include in your checkout flow

You can access your API key, product configuration, and integration details directly from your Meetch dashboard under Distributor > Connector. Identifiers and rates are also available from the API.
